MIKE JACOBS SPORTS PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Any person or persons violating the established Rules and Regulations or constituting a public nuisance at minimum will be asked to leave the Facility.
- All bags will be checked at the front gate.
- A gate fee of $2 per attendee will be charged for entry to the Facility. Children under the age of 13 will be allowed in free of charge with paid adults.
- Two (2) Coaches per team will be allowed in for free during the 9-week league. Any additional coaches will need to pay the $2 admission fee.
- Proper attire is required at all times. Anyone with inappropriate or explicit clothing will be asked to leave the premises.
- Disorderly conduct and physical/verbal assault will not be tolerated. Participants or patrons in violation of this policy will be ejected for the remainder of the event.
- Loudspeakers or artificial noisemakers are prohibited unless prior consent is given.
- No fireworks or any open flame. No release of balloons. Noise must be limited to a level that does not to disturb other park patrons or neighbors
- No unauthorized use of model planes, rockets, or recreational/professional drones. • Park may be closed at any time due to safety-related concerns.
- No unauthorized outside food or beverage. Reasonable accommodations will be made for medically necessary food/beverages, food sensitivities or allergies, special dietary needs, and baby food and formula.
- Minors must be under responsible adult supervision at all times.
- No climbing fences or accessing locked or restricted areas of facility.
- Possession and use of smoking, vaping, and other tobacco products are prohibited inside the Facility. Patrons that wish to smoke, vape, or use other tobacco products may only do so in the designated smoking areas outside the Facility perimeter.
- Alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto Facility property at any time. Only alcohol purchased at the Facility shall be permitted.
- Pets are not permitted in the Facility, except for documented service animals. All service animals are expected to be well-behaved, leashed and cleaned up after.
- No glass bottles or containers.
- Vehicles parked illegally without proper designation will be towed at owner’s expense. • Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. The Facility is not responsible for damage or theft.
- Do not damage plants or lighting fixtures
- Do not climb on or disturb landscaping features.
- No Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia of any kind. • No inappropriate, anti-social, violent, or threatening language, actions, or gestures.
- Not permitted to attach nails, hooks, tacks, screws, tape, or any other device to any part of the Facility or premises.
