- Dimensions: 90 foot bases – 60 foot 6 inch pitching distance

- Game Length:
- 2:00 hour time limit
- 7 innings
- Start the inning, the inning gets completed
- No extra innings shall be played.
- No run rule
- Team behind 15 or more runs after 4 innings, the coach may elect to end the game at that point
- Official game is 2 1/2-3 innings
- Batting Order
- Bat the entire roster present.
- Moving batters up or down the line up is not permitted.
- Batting order is presented to the home plate umpire prior to each game.
- Pitching:
- Pitcher may not pitch more than three (3) innings in a game. Once removed as pitcher, the player is not permitted to return as pither.
- There is no pitch count or pitch clock
- Two (2) trips in an inning to same pitcher, the pitcher is removed from the game as a pither.
- Balks:
- Balks are live ball
- Pitcher in contact with pitching plate feints a throw to third and throws to first is ruled a balk.
- Bat:
- BBCOR stamp metal or composite wood is permitted
- Substitution
- There is free substitution througout the game. Players may be removed and return the game as many times as needed.
- Returning player must return to the same spot in the batting order.
- Home Team
- Home team determined by COIN TOSS prior to the game.
- Score is maintained by the HOME TEAM
- Final Score

- Standings are maintained to determine seeding for the post-season 14U playoffs
Payment Policy
- $500 deposit by AUGUST 17, 2025 holds team spot in the league.
- Balance of fee payment by SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 to be placed on the league game schedule.
- If full fee payment is not paid by SEPTEMBER 9th, the team will not be placed on the league game schedule, and your $500 deposit will be refunded back to you.
- Once the schedule is published to the teams, there are no refunds.

Forfeit Time
- Game time is forfeit time.
- Team is required to have 8 players at game time, seven or less players team forfeits
- There are no refunds for any forfeited games.
Game Re-Scheduling Fee
- Once the game scheduled has been published and sent to all teams, the schedule becomes official.
- $75.00 re-scheduling fee is charge to a team if they request a schedule change during the season. The $75.00 re-scheduling fee is to be paid by the requesting team prior to the team’ next scheduled game.
What Does The Fee Cover
- Fields/Lights: City and county parks now charge rates to rent and use lights
- Field Preparation: Kino Field crews prep your field for you. Teams do not have to do.
- Umpires: Two (2) umpires for 14U Division
- Umpires: Baseballs: Each team receives two (2) dozen game baseballs
- Excess coverage medical/accident for all registered players only.
- League insurance covers only registered players and Kino League games only.

Team is required to submit certificate of insurance.

The league provides excess medical/accident coverage for all registered players only.
The league also provides liability coverage for all registered players.
NOTE:
- Player that is not registered is not eligible for the league medical/accident coverage
- League insurance covers only registered players that participate in Kino League games.
Player Eligibility
Player turning 15 prior to May 1, 2026 is not eligible for is division, unless the player is in the 8th grade.
Player Waiver
The league insurance requires a waiver for each roster player. The parent/guardian of the player is to register/waiver their player. There is no fee to register/waiver the player.
Registration to open August 1, 2025 & close 11:59 PM October 12, 2025
The registration/waiver process will cover all players for medical and liability coverage.
IMPORTANT: If a player plays on a team whose parents do not register the player, they will NOT be covered under the league medical/accident/liability coverage.
Safety
- Batting helmet (double ear flap) shall be worn by players waiting to bat, hitting, base running, protecting a pitcher warming up on the field of play, or chasing down foul ball that is in the field of play.
- Catchers shall have hockey goalie style wrap around helmet with mask and throat protector. Skull caps are not permitted.
- Catcher (Player) warming up a pitcher shall wear a mask.
- Metal Cleats (11U-12U NOT PERMITTED)
- Batter hit in the helmet by a pitched or throw ball, shall be removed from the game for observation by the coaching staff for a minimum of one inning. If the player removed is a runner, then the last batted out becomes a runner. The player removed may return to the game if deemed safe based on observation by the coaching staff.

Conduct
The fall league is a time of prepartion and development and there is no reason why any coach should get ejected, but if a coach decides to get ejected, the following penalty goes into affect (and there is no appeal)
Ejected coach must leave the field immediately and go directly to the parking lot and remain there for the remainder of the game. Out of sight, out of mind.
suspension that is defined as not coming to the field in any capacity at the teams next scheduled game.
Spectators may be ejected from the park that will require the individual(s) to leave the park immediately and go the parking lot. Failure to leave the park, local law enforcement will be called to assist in the the removal.
Player that gets ejected, is restricted to the bench for the remainder of the game and is not permitted to participate in the game in any capcity. If the player parent/guardian is present they are permitted to take the player and leave the park. The league will review the umpire report to determine if any further disciplinary action may be required.
